If you need assistance, the website should list a phone number.  Give the customer service line a call and they should be able to help you buy the plan that best suits your needs.

This option can save you a lot of time, especially if you know what you're looking for.  Often, sites offer comparison charts and quick quotes.  This can all be done from your home or office, saving you large amounts of time and money.

Checking with other businesses that are similar to yours, or organizations of like businesses, can help you find an insurance company that has extensive experience in your business type.  They can also give you an idea of how good an insurance company's customer service is.  Are they efficient at filing claims, what are their payment requirements, and how friendly is their customer service?
